Loan servicing software for private lenders.
Manage private credit and real estate loan schedules, eligible ACH autopay, payment follow-ups and accounting review in one servicing workspace. Spend less time assembling the history and more time resolving the work that needs you.

ACH autopay.
Without preparing NACHA files.
Connect an authorized borrower bank account and enroll eligible loans in scheduled, provider-based ACH collection. The payment schedule, authorization and collection outcome belong with the loan—not in a separate bank upload process.
Connect the bank
Collect and verify the borrower’s bank account through the payment provider.
Record authorization
Keep the borrower’s autopay enrollment and consent connected to the loan.
Schedule collection
Use the active loan schedule for the next eligible debit.
Track the outcome
Follow processing, settlement and returned-payment exceptions.
ACH availability depends on provider setup, borrower authorization and loan eligibility. We validate live collection readiness during implementation.
A follow-up that follows the payment.
- Scheduled payment becomes past due
- Configured reminder is prepared or sent
- Create a task and assign an owner
- Record the response and next follow-up
Automate the chase.
Keep the exceptions visible.
Configure payment-status and past-due workflows to send follow-ups and create work for the right person. Keep reminder activity, borrower responses and servicing notes close to the payment record.
A failed debit is a different problem from a borrower who has not enrolled in autopay. Give each case its own next step, and resolve an uncertain provider outcome before attempting another collection.
Use the same operational discipline for approaching maturities, extension requests and borrower reporting dates.
From the loan ledger
to your accounting team.
Connect QuickBooks, map the accounts and lending entities, and export reviewed batches. Make the accounting handoff traceable rather than rebuilding it from payment emails and spreadsheets.
QuickBooks account mapping
Map Ursara activity to your general ledger accounts. Connect lending entities with the QuickBooks classes, customers or items your accounting process uses.
Reviewed accounting exports
Complete mappings before exports are enabled. Keep batch review distinct from loan activity so your accountant can validate the handoff.
Month-end preparation
Review statement coverage, reconciliation exceptions and unmatched bank entries. A close checklist makes unresolved work visible before independent close approval.
More than monthly collections
Manage borrower payoff and extension requests, publish reviewed statements, and retain the history behind balance corrections. Discuss export requirements for other accounting systems with us during implementation.
Service the whole loan.
From opening balances to payoff.
Collections are one part of the operating picture. Bring schedules, charges, reserves, borrower requests and owner participation into a reviewable loan record.
Schedules and reviewed term changes
Review the active payment schedule, upcoming maturity and loan terms. Coordinate extension requests and approved changes with the servicing record and retain the reason behind the update.
Reserves and interest reserve workflows
Track reserve balances, deposits, withdrawals and their history. Configure eligible interest-reserve payments with start, pause and end-date controls; internal reserve use stays distinct from incoming borrower cash.
Dated payoff quotes
Prepare a quote from the loan snapshot, obtain independent review and publish the retained PDF. An approved quote starts the payoff process; actual settlement and reconciliation complete it.
Loan structures, reserve workflows and automated collection readiness are confirmed during implementation.
A ledger you can investigate.
A close you can explain.
Keep the provider’s payment outcome, the loan posting and the bank match visible as separate steps. That makes an unresolved return or missing cash entry a specific piece of work.
Bank reconciliation and exceptions
Import bank evidence, match cash activity and review outstanding reconciliation exceptions. Keep the owner and supporting evidence visible until the underlying issue is resolved.
Corrections with retained history
Review returned receipts, delayed payments and balance corrections with supporting evidence and approval. Preserve the original journal and published statement history while recording the correction.
Participation and period-end reporting
Review supported investor participation, owner payables and distributions alongside the loan ledger. Prepare borrower and investor statements, resolve close exceptions and retain the accounting export for the reviewed period.

Can Ursara support bridge and construction loan servicing?
Ursara connects loan schedules, borrower requests, reserves, extensions and payoff review with servicing. Construction budgets and draw review connect to the loan through draw management. We confirm supported terms, reserve rules and collection eligibility using your representative loans during implementation.
What is the difference between loan origination and servicing software?
Origination software supports intake, underwriting, approvals and closing. Servicing software supports the funded loan: schedules, payments, borrower requests, reconciliation and payoff. Ursara connects both workflows with a reviewed boarding handoff.
Do we have to create NACHA files?
The provider-based ACH workflow does not require your team to prepare NACHA upload files. It requires configured payment-provider access, eligible loans and current borrower bank authorization.
Can payment follow-ups be automated?
Yes. Configured workflows can respond to payment status changes and past-due events with communications, assigned tasks and recorded activity. Your team sets the timing, audience and escalation rules.
Is QuickBooks connected automatically?
Connect the QuickBooks company and complete the account and lending-entity mappings first. Accounting exports use reviewed batches; connection alone does not turn on exports.
Can we bring an existing servicing portfolio?
We plan opening balances, schedules, ownership, statement history and reconciliation checks with your team. The migration guide explains the records to prepare before cutover.
