Your request. A connection to participating lenders.
Ursara connects borrowers with participating lenders and provides the request and application workflow. The participating lender evaluates the property and borrower, determines available terms and makes the financing decision.
Program availability depends on the lender, property location, financing purpose and deal details. Submit those details so they can be reviewed; a request does not guarantee a lender match, an offer or funding.
What do hard money lenders review?
Start with the details you know. The participating lender determines which supporting documents and eligibility requirements apply.
Property and proposed use
Share the location, property type, occupancy and purchase or refinance purpose. Ask the participating lender whether that property and use fit its program.
Value, budget and borrower funds
Prepare the purchase price or estimated current value, requested loan amount, improvement budget and funds available to contribute. Identify estimates separately from documented figures.
Timeline and exit plan
Explain when financing is needed, how long the project may take and how you plan to repay. Discuss what happens if a sale, project or refinance is delayed.
What is a hard money loan?
A hard money loan is financing secured by real estate from a private lending source. It is often used for investment-property purchases, rehabilitation or short-term financing needs. The lender evaluates the property and project alongside the borrower and repayment plan.
Understand the tradeoffs
Review the proposed rate, fees, term and exit requirements with the lender. Financing terms and approval depend on the particular deal; submitting a request does not create a commitment.

Before you begin.
Start with the essentials. The reviewing team determines what supporting information is needed next.
Who provides the financing?
Ursara connects borrowers with participating lenders. The lender provides any financing offer and determines eligibility, loan terms and approval.
Which states and properties are eligible?
Coverage and eligible property types vary by participating lender. Include the property state, type, occupancy and financing purpose in your request so availability can be reviewed.
How do I compare rates, fees and loan terms?
Ask the lender for a written explanation of the interest rate, origination and other fees, loan term, repayment schedule and any extension or prepayment conditions. For rehab or construction, also ask how draws and inspections work. Ursara does not publish a universal rate or loan term across participating lenders.
Is this a full loan application?
No. This is a short financing request. Qualified deals move into a secure Ursara application workspace for deeper underwriting and document collection.
What do I need before I start?
Loan purpose, estimated amount, property state, brief deal notes and your contact information. Include the project timeline and exit plan where relevant.
What happens after I submit?
Ursara connects borrowers with participating lenders. If a lender proceeds with your request, continue with its underwriting requirements and documents in a secure application workflow.
Does a request guarantee financing?
No. Financing eligibility, terms and approval are determined by the lender’s review. A request is not a financing commitment.
