A considered experience. From diligence to reporting.
Give investors an organized offering data room and a consistent destination for published statements. Keep the information you share connected to fund operations and controlled for the right audience.
Real Estate Credit Fund I
Published materials for your investor audience.
Make diligence
easier to navigate.
An offering deserves its own document experience. Organize diligence materials in an offering-level data room, rather than asking investors to find the relevant files in a general document folder.
Curate the offering package
Upload materials, edit their details, set an order and pin the documents investors should see first. Keep the offering context with the package your team publishes.
Choose what is visible
Investor-visible materials are selected by your team. Internal loan documents do not become part of an offering’s diligence room just because they exist in the workspace.
Continue into the investor relationship
Connect offering review with commitment and fund participation workflows. Keep the investor’s ongoing information in a consistent audience experience.
Investor reporting publication
- Prepare and review the reporting period
- Publish the investor statement
- Make the published document available
- Retain publication and revision history
Statements that are published.
Not numbers copied from a dashboard.
Keep published statements distinct from live operational views. Fund teams can review the reporting, publish the document and give investors a clear destination for the result.
When reporting requires a corrected revision, preserve the prior publication context. Investor delivery should follow the reviewed reporting process your team owns.
The right audience.
The right materials.
Define fund participation and offering visibility during implementation. Align the investor’s experience with the documents and statements they are entitled to review.
Bring a sample diligence package and a reporting period to your demo. We can walk through how your internal preparation becomes an investor-facing publication.
Fund operations and investor experience, connected.
The fund team manages the source information and publication. Investors see the materials made available to their audience. Each side has a workspace shaped around its role.
Explore debt fund operationsSupport the full investor lifecycle.
An investor relationship starts before the first statement. Keep diligence, commitments, participation and ongoing reporting connected across the fund’s lifecycle.
Offerings and commitments
Provide the offering package and coordinate the commitment workflow with the fund team. Keep the investor’s participation and access tied to the relevant fund or offering.
Capital activity and positions
Review contributions, distributions and investment positions in the fund workflow. Confirm which balances and cash-flow details are ready for investor delivery rather than exposing an unreconciled operational view.
Statements and ongoing communications
Make published statements and selected documents available in the investor’s workspace. Use the same participation context to support the next reporting period and respond to investor questions.
Interest has a next step.
Commitments have context.
Let an investor move from the offering materials to a recorded expression of interest, while the fund team retains the participation review.
Offering terms and capacity
Present the offering’s minimum investment, status and available capacity alongside its diligence materials. Investors can assess the information your team has made available before responding.
Soft commitments and notes
Investors can submit or update a proposed commitment amount and accompanying notes for an open offering. Keep the existing commitment and its status visible as the discussion progresses.
Fund participation and reporting
Connect the reviewed investor relationship to the applicable fund and its published reporting. A soft commitment records interest; it does not by itself complete a subscription, transfer money or establish a funded position.
Show the investment story.
Then show where it stands.
Present the offering with its property imagery and organized diligence documents. Continue into a portfolio view that distinguishes commitments in progress from funded positions.
Investors can follow commitment stages and review the positions made available to them, while the overview brings commitment, deployed capital and distribution information together. Published statements remain the reviewed reporting destination.

Is each offering’s data room separate?
Yes. Diligence materials belong to the offering-level data room, with ordering, pinning and investor visibility controlled by your team.
Are all internal documents shared with investors?
No. Investors see investor-visible offering documents and published information available to their audience. General loan documents are not automatically mixed into the data room.
Can we review our existing investor reporting?
Yes. Bring sample statements and diligence materials so we can review your fund structure, publication process and access requirements.
